Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility

Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items. Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Personalized items, gift cards, or watches with tampered packaging are not eligible unless faulty.

3. Return Process

  1. Email maniawatch9@gmail.comwith your order number, reason, and photos (if defective).

  2. We will issue an RMA and provide prepaid courier labels.

  3. Pack securely and ship within 2 days of RMA issuance.

4. Inspection & Refund

Upon receipt, we inspect the item. If conditions are met, we initiate refund within 3 business days. Refunds are processed via the original payment method (credit takes up to 7 biz days to reflect).

5. Exchange Option

Exchanges available if the same item is in stock. For different items, treated as return and new purchase.
Exchange will be done within 4-5 business days. 
Exchange product delivery will be done within 5-7 business days

6. Refund Deductions

Refund excludes original shipping charges. For returns due to customer error, return shipping cost may be deducted.
Once the refund is approved amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days .

7. Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting support@thewatchmania.in. Once shipped, returns are required.
